Gym/Mindset Thoughts (Thoughts to counteract the negative thoughts going to & whilst you're at the gym)

- You have enough health to be able to move your body vigorously

- You're able to afford the gym

- You get to eat (re-fuel) after you've exercised

- You're making a long term commitment to your health (even if it may not feel like it at the time)!

- Everything comes back to gratitude and mindset. It's so easy to get lost/distracted with your negative thoughts so we have to dig deep & fight hard to get out of them

- We all know exactly what we should be doing in life (exercise, eat well, floss) but why don't we do it? Because we want the quick fix.

- Everything 86Thousand400 stands for is about the long game. Create the good/healthy habits & make those habits easy to stick to (enjoyable) & not a chore. (Investments - constant)

Reasons for Personal Training/Circuit Brunch/Training Buddies

1. Train with others - motivation, momentum, accountability

2. Good music

3. Endorphins (Great vibes & feelings of positivity afterwards)

4. Investment in yourself

Energy - Expend more - Take less

If the world shared a little more and wasted a little less it would be a far better place to inhabit

The more events you attend - the more things you have to talk about. In doing so you expend more energy.

The key is to put out more energy in order to give you more things to talk about. You become more interesting & you enjoy this earth we live on more.
