Brendan Burchard

1. Be more expressive with what you want from life. - Share more of ourselves (Don't fear) - The main motivation of humankind is our drive for more personal freedom - Be more expressive

2. Get back control of your morning - Physical/Plan/Learn

3. Achieve 3 tough things everyday - Get comfortable with being uncomfortable

4. Learn to ask for help everyday - You can't do it all alone

5. Demand the best of yourself

Robin Sharma

Over deliver for your customers

Change is hard in the beginning, it's messy in the middle and it's gorgeous at the end

Develop an acute respect for the deep value of every passing hour

Out deliver on your expectations to build a global brand

Out learn the competition - Set targets - Vague plans promote vague goals

Only those who devote themselves to a cause with their whole strength & soul can be true masters. For this reason, mastery demands all of a person

1. The threat of disbelief Your belief about your potential really does determine whether you express it - or let it slumber. Train the

brain to believe (& then expect) they could be epic performers. (Work, Sacrifice, Focus)

2. The threat of Undercapitalization Horsepower Vs Output "Horsepower" is talent we're born with but "output" is how much of that resevoir we have the commitment, discipline and guts to realise. Translating potential into results is "capitalization" fully capitalize on your potential 10,000 hour rule (2 hours, 44 mins of daily practise for 10 years = Genius!

3. The threat of Talent Circle Apathy

Who you associate with dramatically influences the way you behave & how excellently you perform. All geniuses & exceptional performers were parts of hubs of talent

4. The threat of Complexity All people who rise to genius have another thing in common: singularity of focus. Epic performance is much more about saying no than saying yes

5. The threat of Comfort You can't let comfort make you slow, sloppy & old. Keep pushing yourself like your life depends on it. Spartan: the person who sweats more in practise bleeds less in war!

6. The threat of Infirmity Health is the crown on the well person's head that only the ill person can see. Being in ultra-strong physical condition is mission-critical! Being strong & healthy & radiant & dynamic allows you to be of use
