Nima Rahmany:

People have a fear of criticism

Universal order in all things

1. Know your purpose (Write your own mission statement):

- To help others become healthier and to let as many people as possible know about chiropractic. Everything that we stand for is about positivity and going WITH nature (which is exactly what chiropractic is all about).

- We're on a floating spaceship (earth) and you can't stay

- Ask yourself what stops time for you?

- Connect to your purpose. Be connected to a greater cause than you. (Health/Nature)

2. Love your critics: - Dissolve your infatuation with support and praise

- Criticism - Love me. Never make it about 'you' - make it about 'them'

- Criticism can be easily avoided by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing' - Aristotle

3. Dissolve Resentment - The Art of Dismantling your "shoulds"

- Remove the 'should'

- Say thank you to your past

- What are your stresses? Think about them and address them i.e Don't let them fester

- Guilt - Based on forgiveness of self

- Forgiveness - Finding gratitude

- What does the universe plan for you?

- From the perspective of Mars - Embrace critics

- 'We're on a floating space ship & we're all going to die soon'

- How do I figure out what my true values are? - Listen to your inner voice..

- When are you in your flow?

- What would your eulogy say?

- Align your life on your values

- Become the expert of what's important to you

- Remain conscious that we're floating on a space ship

- Know what your values are and #backyourself

- Delegate your weaknesses

- What fascinates me about chiropractic?

- Where you are at this time is exactly where you need to be

- People live their lives according to their values

- The past: It shouldn't have happened….Yes it should - It was on the way not in the way

- Stress happens because of your thoughts

- The only certainty are your values

- Your uncertainty keeps you on your toes - Eustress

- Uncertainty is a gift

Bill Esteb - 'Helping you is killing me'

- Anger - Fundamental reason for burnout

- The price of caring too much' - Fear based relationships

1. You consistently give but your needs go unmet
