With regards to the foods below, our thoughts would be to avoid having ANY of the following in your house, however when out for dinner/over at friends don’t question a thing and simply enjoy!

Our thoughts are that there is an element of happiness with food whereby you shouldn’t think at all and so perhaps the following are those.

- Cakes, Biscuits

- Popcorn

- Cous cous

- Pasta, Noodles

- Rice

- Thickening agents such as gravy powder, maize or stock cubes

Beverages

- Beer, Cider

- Fizzy drinks

Dairy/Dairy related

- Cheese spreads

- Coffee creamers

- All processed food

- Any food with added sugar

Starchy vegetables

- Beetroots

Moving Forward

- If you're still not getting the results you would like, consider having blood tests for thyroid imbalance

- Find a qualified health professional or knowledgable integrative GP

- Consider this: stress releases too much cortisol and builds a spare tyre around even a slim waist. So not only can stress lead to you flipping out mentally, but it trips you physically too

- Eat real food and stay away from processed junk

- Alcohol is really good at draining motivation and lowering inhibitions. If you are to drink - dry wines and spirits are best
