Everything in life comes down to ENERGY and essentially how you FEEL.
I've found that by writing down the things that makes one feel good, then in essence one becomes more aware of these feelings which in turn will hopefully help you instill them more and more in your day to day life
Below is my list, (which will no doubt be very different to yours), however simply seeing the words in writing, as simple as this may be, it's helped me a lot over the past year or so with regards to decisions making and what to prioritise in life.
Family
Health:
Fitness/Wellbeing:
Full body functional movement – Endurance – Hypertrophy – Strength – Flexibility
Isolate muscles - Upper (Arms, Chest, Shoulders) - Lower (Legs, Quads, Hammys, Glutes) - Core
Cardio - Bodyweight - Running - Cycling – Swimming – 74Core
Yoga
Nutrition:
Brunch – Early dinner – x2 meals per day - Snacks (Smoothies) - Alignment – High Fat Low Carbohydrate – Ketosis - Long term good investments
Macronutrients – Fats (Priority) – Protein (Moderate) – Carbohydrates (Low, Non essential)
Micronutrients - Vitamins - Minerals (Fruit/Vegetables)
Mindfulness:
Take 10 (Slow down) - Appreciate/Gratitude - Read
Chiropractic:
Nervous system (Serotonin, Acetycholine, Noradrenaline) – Neurotransmitters – Neurotrophic Factors –Posture
Happiness:
Golf - Friends - (Time, Freedom, Nature) more in your day to day life
Random Thought: Never do anything just for the sake of doing something. Always ALWAYS do it with purpose/pleasure (or overall happiness) in mind
