Plane Oxygen Mask analogy: Always attend to yourself first before helping others - Egoism

Move more, Eat Less (especially Carbohydrates)

Aim for five 30 minute sessions of an activity that gets you out of breath per week

The two most vital things in life: The people you spend time with and the environments you put yourself in

Go against the masses….Do the masses have it right? – Consumerism – Primark lifestyle vs investing in seeing a chiropractor. Live beyond means - Debt/Stress - Food - Health – Obesity

Tennis is a bit like a relationship – Match the energy and keep the ralley going #thelonggame

What makes you 'FEEL' good? Choice minimalist. Quality over quantity. Buy once, buy well. 'Invest in yourself' – Egoist

Sharing is caring. Help others wherever and whenever you can. 'Utilise your assets' - Alturism

The higher power - Your feelings! You can't control them - They just happen regardless

Golf ball - a bit like life - the more you practise (on yourself/wellbeing/learning/personal development) the more control you have over it

Don't slow me down! Productivity over dedication

Reduce stress - Increase happiness - Wants/Needs - Efficiency - Work smarter - Utilise assets- Step back and look at the bigger picture of what you want in life – Make a game plan - Sometimes it's good to slow down to speed up. (But don't slow me down)!

Live within your means

How much did I earn today…? Why not - how much did I learn today?!

Car/Exercise Analogy: Which car will run better?

1st car drives 20 miles a day for 100 days in a row & the 2nd car does 2000 miles in one day…? If you x3 both cars do 6000 miles over 300 days - which one do you think functions better #little&often

Who are we comparing ourselves too in life?

From an athletic/energy perspective….Rugby players? Rowers?! Sportsmen?

From a financial perspective….Parts of Africa..! (Perspective/Gratitude)

Thoughts on technology. If it saves me time then I'm all in. If it makes me lazier then I'm all good

Take yourself away from distraction technology (Phone/TV) - Never fully present with them

Chiropractors need to become the new physios. I.e People see chiropractors 1st not last as they have fantastic knowledge of the body. They are simply Wellness not Medical Dr’s which we have all become so accustomed to trust….but why?! Because they’re allowed to prescribe drugs?!

You can’t see your nervous system but we know it’s there – Universe – Faith – Spirituality – Trust – Believe J
