How do we achieve this?

1. Define what's important in your life. (Write it or those things down)

2. Do one thing each day that makes you happy.

In our case - Hit a golf ball/do some form of exercise/see a friend - Ideally all 3 if possible.

Other ideas - read a book, watch a movie, go to a show, take dog for a walk, learn a language/instrument, study a chosen subject, paint/draw a picture. Really anything that doesn't involve watching TV for a couple of hours. The sofa will always be there!

3. Set yourself targets/goals that relate to the factors above. If you achieve these each day/week/month/year it can only lead to a feelings of happiness.

Additional ways to achieve happiness:

Who are your inspirations? How have they got to where they are? And how can you incorporate things into your life to at least be a little bit more like them?

Mine for example:

Rory McIlroy - practice more golf

David Attenborough - be aware/conscious of nature

Gary Player - continue to try and keep fit, see the world, appreciate others & of course play golf

Read inspiring books

Live within your means (Reduces stress)

Make lists and cross them off regularly

Eat healthily - Links to investing in yourself

If something has helped you somewhere along the line then share it with others. Sharing is caring

Self confidence & mindfulness I.e Back yourself and try and enjoy the moments

Lastly:

Time is the Key!

We know that everyone is extremely busy - but we genuinely believe that we should be going directly towards the things that make us happy on a daily basis as it’s the least that we deserve.

n a daily basis as it’s the least that we deserve!
