86Thousand400: Philosophy (The Why)
Time, Health and Happiness are the three most important factors to 86Thousand400.
What is the one thing we all take for granted, and what is the one thing that if it goes wrong then everything else stops for immediately - our health.
We all know exactly what we should be doing - but why don't we do it?
The premise behind 86Thousand400 is to:
Save you time
Improve your health
Increase your happiness (whilst at the same time decreasing your stress levels)
86Thousand400 is not simply about making you physically fit, but instead we want to help you to become healthier. This can and will be achieved through various methods, which we will go into in more detail in as the weeks go on.
Living & leading a healthy lifestyle really isn't difficult. Our aim therefore is to help improve lifestyle habits and focus on what’s important to you in order to help make you make the most out of each day.
From a fitness perspective we have created programs that are easy to follow and will work you at the correct intensities in order to help improve your health. (The first goal).
Once fitness & nutrition start to align, in our eyes the next most important factor is achieving happiness which will be discussed in next week’s article.
Everything starts with you as the individual and if you invest in yourself then not only will you start to flourish but others will also start to flourish around you.
